Large Furniture Items *£45 (we will be in touch when we receive your order to quote for delivery to your area. This can also depend on the size of item as some pieces of furniture require a two-man delivery) Please note, there are a few exceptions to our large delivery terms where the item will be delivered from the supplier directly to you due to it's large fragile nature. We will be in touch as soon as you place your order to advise you of this on these occasions. If you are unsure before delivery just drop us a line and we can clarify this before you place your order! Please note, If an item of furniture is then moved from the delivery address without it being unpacked and checked for faults, House Envy is unable to accept any liability for onward damage. **  Orders must be placed before 12 noon for a next working day service, this excludes products not held in stock or made to order. If your order is placed after 12pm on a Thursday it will not be processed until Friday and therefore received on Monday. If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday it will not be sent until Monday, therefore making Tuesday the next day delivery day.

We do not currently have a fixed price for shipping outside of Europe. However, if you would like to contact us we would be happy to provide a shipping quotation based on the product(s) you are interested in purchasing.

Customs charges

House Envy is not responsible for any overseas customs charges that might result from international shipping.

** Due to the variances in weight and dimension of our products we always try to dispatch using the most cost effective delivery service available.  However, House Envy does reserve the right to amend this charge depending upon the product ordered and the shipping destination. Should we need to increase this charge we will contact you prior to processing your order with a revised delivery cost at which time you may either choose to cancel your order and we will refund your card in full or, choose to confirm your order with the revised delivery cost; in which case with your authority we will debit the extra amount to the card used to place the order.

Returns and Refunds

Order Changes and Cancellations

We understand that on occasion you might wish to amend your order before it’s dispatched. If this is the case, please contact us at House Envy if you need to make any adjustments or cancellations to your order.  To make the process quick and easy, we just ask that you have your order number ready and the date on which you ordered. If your order has already been dispatched then please see our returns procedure below in the event of any unwanted goods.

Missing or Damaged Goods

Uh oh! If for any reason your order has not arrived within the expected timescales; the order is incomplete; or there are any damaged items within you order, please contact us at House Envy and we will be right on the case.

Faulty Goods

We have to be honest and say that sometimes things do go wrong. So, in the hopefully very rare event that the items you have received from us develop a fault within 30 days of receipt of the goods, then please follow the returns procedure below and we will issue a full refund or offer an exchange.  Please ensure that complete a returns form detailing the fault as accurately as possible so that we can ensure other like-products are not affected. If a fault develops outside of the 30 days from time of receipt of goods period then please contact us at House Envy so we can discuss the fault and agree the best way forward. We are committed to providing the very best levels of customer service and want happy customers!

Failed Deliveries 

Now and again a situation may arise when you are not in to receive your delivery. We use Parcel Force as our courier, or smaller items are sent Royal Mail, and both delivery options enable you to either collect from your local Post Office collection point if you are out (Royal Mail) or, by re-arranging your delivery with Parcel Force (you will be sent a text message and / or email - providing you have supplied this information - to inform you of your delivery and at this point you will be given the option to change the delivery date). Parcel Force will attempt delivery on three occasions and if this is missed and the item is returned to us, House Envy will have to issue a second postage charge to have the item re-sent. Unfortunately we just aren't big enough to incur sending the item out again (we hope we will be one day!). In this instance we will contact you and give you the option of paying the delivery charge to have the item re-sent, or we will issue a refund for the item although we will not be able to reimburse the initual postage charge.


Out of Stock Items / Pre-Order Delivery Times

Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock inventory up-to-date, from time to time we may experience unforseeable supplier delays. In this instance we enable a pre-order function. In this case, your order will be sent in full when all of the items of your order are in stock. However, if you wish to receive a part order with the remaining pre-order items sent at a later date just let us know.

If an item has been ordered and we experience an unforseeable delay in delivering your item to you we will not be able to offer compensation for this however, we will be in touch to keep you updated of an extended delivery time and give you the option of a refund at this time.


Refund Policy

What happens if I change my mind?’ We understand that sometimes things just ‘aren’t quite right’ or might not be that perfect fit in your home. So, if for any reason your order isn’t as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the return postage unless otherwise agreed.

Furniture Refunds: If your return is linked to a furniture item that doesn't fit, or is unsuitable, you can still return this but please be aware that large furniture items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and collection / courier charge. We just strongly adivse to check dimensions prior to ordering and delivery!

All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in GBP. House Envy is not responsible for any variations in exchange rates between the time of purchase and refund.

Please note:
The only nitty gritty information worth noting is that it is your responsibility to ensure that all items returned as new, in their original packaging and have any swing tickets still attached.  All items should be packaged securely to minimise risk of damage during delivery. The goods should be returned to us intact and re-saleable. We would suggest using proof of delivery and insured delivery for your returned items.  We hope you understand that failure to follow these guidelines may mean House Envy cannot refund you.
