Order Changes and Cancellations

We understand that on occasion you might wish to amend your order before it’s dispatched. If this is the case, please contact us at House Envy if you need to make any adjustments or cancellations to your order.  To make the process quick and easy, we just ask that you have your order number ready and the date on which you ordered. If your order has already been dispatched then please see our returns procedure below in the event of any unwanted goods.

Missing or Damaged Goods

Uh oh! If for any reason your order has not arrived within the expected timescales; the order is incomplete; or there are any damaged items within you order, please contact us at House Envy and we will be right on the case.

Faulty Goods

We have to be honest and say that sometimes things do go wrong. So, in the hopefully very rare event that the items you have received from us develop a fault within 30 days of receipt of the goods, then please follow the returns procedure below and we will issue a full refund or offer an exchange.  Please ensure that complete a returns form detailing the fault as accurately as possible so that we can ensure other like-products are not affected. If a fault develops outside of the 30 days from time of receipt of goods period then please contact us at House Envy or call 01656 863412 so we can discuss the fault and agree the best way forward. We are committed to providing the very best levels of customer service and want happy customers!

Refund Policy

‘What happens if I change my mind?’ We understand that sometimes things just ‘aren’t quite right’ or might not be that perfect fit in your home. So, if for any reason your order isn’t as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods.  However, we are not able to refund return postage costs unless the item is faulty, or otherwise agreed. 

All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in GBP. House Envy is not responsible for any variations in exchange rates between the time of purchase and refund.

Please complete the returns form and enclose this in your return parcel which should be posted to House Envy at the address below.

Please note:

The only nitty gritty information worth noting is that it is your responsibility to ensure that all items returned as new, in their original packaging and have any swing tickets still attached.  All items should be packaged securely to minimise risk of damage during delivery. The goods should be returned to us intact and re-saleable. We would suggest using proof of delivery and insured delivery for your returned items.  We hope you understand that failure to follow these guidelines may mean House Envy cannot refund you.
